We are looking for a friendly, dependable person to join our team at Coleman RV & Campground on the beautiful Stamp River in Port Alberni.

This is a seasonal position running from May through the end of September. The role is a mix of office work and light groundskeeping, helping create a clean, welcoming experience for our guests.

Schedule

Thursday through Monday

11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Checking guests in and out of the campground
• Answering guest questions and assisting with reservations
• Cleaning campground bathrooms multiple times throughout the day
• Ensuring campsites are clean after guest checkout
• Cleaning and preparing sites for incoming guests
• Taking out garbage and recycling
• Restocking bathroom supplies such as toilet paper, soap, and paper towels
• Keeping common areas tidy and presentable
• Monitoring the campground and ensuring guests are following campground guidelines
• Light groundskeeping such as picking up litter, checking fire pits, and general upkeep
• Reporting maintenance issues when they arise
• Helping create a friendly and welcoming environment for guests

We are looking for someone who is

• Friendly and comfortable interacting with guests
• Reliable and able to work independently
• Organized and able to stay on top of daily tasks
• Comfortable with a mix of office work and hands on cleaning duties
• Able to stay calm and professional when the campground is busy
• Experience in hospitality, customer service, or campground work is an asset but not required.
