Looking for experienced Prep Cooks who have the ability to work in fast-paced environment. Must be an effective communicator, enthusiastic, hardworking, helpful and a good team player.  Applicants must adhere to stringent cleaning policies & procedures, at all times meeting all needs and requirements of food safe. Must to be able to work Weekends, Mornings and Holidays. Willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities;

• Prep Lists
• Labelling & re-stocking
• Receiving deliveries, maintaining food safety standards at all times
• Ensuring all food items and equipment are stored appropriately
• Maintaining temperature logs for fridges, freezers and holding equipment
• Preparing, cutting, measuring and portioning ingredients accordingly
• Undertaking cooking duties as required
• Maintaining a clean environment, washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, emptying trash
• Carrying out any additional kitchen duties as assigned

Must have

• Food Safe
• Experience of working in a fast-paced kitchen environment would be an advantage (willing to train right candidate)
• Excellent communication skills
• Able to work alone and as an effective team member
• Organized, Punctual & Reliable
