Looking for experienced servers who have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Providing dining services by greeting customers, taking orders, serving food and beverages and processing payments, whilst ensuring high customer satisfaction. Must be able to effectively communicate to kitchen team during service.

Must be enthusiastic, personable, helpful and a good team player. Applicants must adhere to stringent cleaning policies & procedures, at all times.

Qualifications

Serving It Right Certification
Experience of working in a fast-paced dining environment
Excellent communication skills
Able to work alone and as an effective team member
Organized, Punctual & Reliable
Previous Supervisor Experience Advantage (willing to train right candidate)
Ensuring staff follow company policies and procedures
Lead by example by taking an active roll in daily tasks & delegating to team members
Quality checking tasks have been completed to a high standard
Must have cash experience
Inventory control
Ability to train new employees
Assisting to find cover for employee shift absence when required
on call/flexible weekend work essential
Ensure excellent customer service, problem solving, handle customer complaints
Follow set procedures during opening/closing shifts
Reservations/events managing booking system
Computer skills are required
Social media experience (advantage)
Must be able to receive orders and process paperwork
Ability to organize & supervise events
Assisting Management with any other necessary tasks
Must be able to work day & night shifts including weekends
