1. Casual/Student Retail Experience Associate

Perfect for a high school student looking to gain valuable work experience, develop customer service skills, and earn some spending money in a fun, supportive environment.

• Start immediately with casual shifts on Pro Days, Saturdays, summer break, spring break, etc. Shifts ranging from 5 to 7.5 hours.
• Help with Christmas holiday coverage and summer 2027 coverage.
• Learn valuable skills in customer service, footwear fitting, fashion, merchandising, and retail operations.

2. Part-Time Retail Experience Associate

Ideal for someone looking for more consistent part-time work with opportunities to take on additional shifts.

• Start immediately with approximately 2–4 shifts per week. Shifts ranging from 5 to 7.5 hours.
• Be part of the team through busy seasons, new arrivals, promotions, and holiday shopping.
• Saturday availability twice each month is required for this position. Scheduling will be discussed during the hiring process.

• Helping customers find footwear that fits properly and suits their needs, comfort, and lifestyle.
• Styling outfits and helping customers discover new looks.
• Learning our brands, collections, promotions, and customer rewards program.
• Creating beautiful displays and keeping the store clean, organized, and merchandise-ready.
• Receiving new arrivals, labelling products, replenishing displays, and organizing stock.
• Processing sales and payments using our point-of-sale system.
• Preparing online orders for shipping, including packaging and Canada Post preparation.
• Answering the phone professionally and assisting with store opening and closing procedures.
• Helping with inventory counts, special events, and our outdoor tent sales.
• Wearing and showcasing our footwear and apparel with pride.
• Working together as a team to create memorable shopping experiences.
