We are a small and independent cafe/bakery, owned and operated by two hospitality professionals. Our focus is to provide the community with a warm and welcoming space to connect and restore, offering a creative food and beverage menu of seasonal, local, and organic ingredients for breakfast and lunch. We are searching for the following Front of House position:

Server/Barista - flexible part time for summer season, leading into a full time role in the fall/winter. This is a comprehensive role, with duties ranging from opening and closing, cleaning, prep, serving tables, and managing the bar.

We are looking for the following qualities in our ideal candidates:

● A passion for providing genuine hospitality and dedication to delivering an exceptional service experience to our guests.

● Self motivated to develop your skills and industry knowledge.

● Highly organized, efficient, great communication skills, and superior attention to detail.

● Reliable and punctual, calm under pressure.

● Minimum 2 years in a similar role in a busy establishment.

● Must be over the age of 19 and have a Serving It Right certificate.
