We are searching for the following position:
Line Cook or Chef De Partie - flexible full or part time position available for the summer season, permanent full time and year round for the right candidate. Title and pay dependant on experience. Must be available weekends.

● Highly organized, efficient, great communication skills, and superior attention to detail.
● Reliable and calm under pressure.
● A cheerful disposition and strong work ethic.
● Minimum 2 years in a similar position is required.
Responsibilities of the position include:
● A strong understanding of foundational recipes and confidence working alone executing prep jobs and short order cooking is required.
● Maintain a clean and organized station.
● Working with the Head Chef to ensure quality standards are met.
● Assistance with ordering, inventory, and ensuring daily tasks are completed.
