The Program Supervisor assists the Program Manager with daily running of the program. The role is responsible for staff supervision and training of staff, scheduling, payroll.
Qualifications
A degree in one of the humanities, social sciences or related field.
Minimum of 3 years in a similar facility or program, with at least one year supervisory or management role.
Must have specific experience with financial and human resources management.
Current WCB Occupational First Aid, Level 1 and CPR certificate required.
NVCI and Conflict resolution certificate. Class 5 drivers license
