
Looking for an energetic fun-loving support worker to work with young man with special needs, facilitating community engagement and skill development. Interest in healthy living, sports and/or music beneficial. Willingness to learn new skills to support health & medication management. Training provided. This is a regular part–time position with daytime shifts weekdays, starting 15 hrs/week
Must have current First Aide and CPR qualifications, clean driving license & consent to criminal record check. Must have use of car (mileage reimbursement)
Successful candidate would be physically active, patient and calm, open to giving & receiving feedback. Willing to support client in community engagement and supported employment. Good communication skills and willingness to work as part of client’s care team.
