1. A degree in psychology, counselling, child and youth care or a related field or the equivalent combination of education and experience
2. A minimum of 2 years experience working in a supportive role with children, youth and families
3. Specialized training as necessary
4. Full & Valid Class 5 BC Drivers License, own vehicle in good working condition and appropriate insurance
5. Behavior management training
6. Experience in assessment, program design, evaluation and Individual Program Planning
7. Level 1 First Aid with CPR
