Antidote Distillery | Bartender Position

We are looking for an experienced, professional, and passionate Bartender to join our team at our small, craft-focused restaurant and distillery.

● Minimum 3 years of bartending experience

● Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and classic bartending techniques

● Previous serving experience is preferred

● Excellent guest service and communication skills

● Ability to work efficiently and confidently in a fast-paced environment

● Strong attention to detail and pride in your craft

● Comfortable working independently while also being a supportive team member

● Reliable, professional, and dependable

● Someone who genuinely enjoys working in a small, close-knit team environment

About the Role

As a small restaurant and craft distillery, we’re looking for someone who takes pride in creating a welcoming guest experience while having a strong understanding and appreciation for the bar.

This position is ideal for someone who has solid bartending knowledge and experience, enjoys engaging with guests, and wants to be part of a team where everyone works closely together.
