Who You Are:

You love people, have a strong sales background and a passion for outdoor adventures! As an RV Sales Brand Ambassador, you will represent our company's brand and promote our range of recreational vehicles (RVs) to potential customers. You will create awareness, generate excitement and ultimately drive the sales of our amazing products. You have excellent customer service skills to support customers from the moment they walk into our showrooms to learn about our RVs through to their memorable delivery day experience.

Essential Job Functions:

Take the lead to promote a top-notch, high-quality customer experience selling new and used RVs Conduct effective demonstration rides and walk-through presentations Close sales effectively by working closely with the F&I team Follow up and commit to a no-pressure, high-integrity approach with each customer Generate ideas to exceed sales goals and demonstrate best revenue-generating practices to the team and organization Serve as a liaison between customers and all departments, including retail, service and finance Stay on top of market trends, the RV industry, and current dealership inventory Be enthusiastic and have strong communication with customers, co-workers, and management

These positions are at a 44-bed Long-Term Care facility in Port Alberni.

Responsibilities include:

• delivering medications
• wound care
• supervision of Care Staff.

Documentation is on Point Click Care.

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to demonstrate the willingness and initiative to jump in and help in all areas of the kitchen from dishes to prep and helping on the line.
• Must be able to work weekends, mornings, evenings and holidays.

Looking for an Experienced Grader Operator. Dozer experience is an asset. Preference will be given to those with experience operating both Grader and Dozer. All work is close to home (Vancouver Island) and year round, 5 days a week and 10 hours a day. Full medical, dental and an excellent pension plan. Non union IWA wages. Newer equipment and great working atmosphere.

Senior with limited mobility needs assistance with day to day tasks.

Duties may include:

Ornamental and Fruit Tree Pruning and Trimming. (Part-time, Permanent, Year Round) 

• Must have min 1 year previous experience.
• Must be able to successfully prune and top ornamental Cedar and laural hedges.
• Experience Pruning Roses, Rhododendrons, Azaleas or any Fruit or Nut Bearing Tree or Plant is an asset but willing to train the right applicant.
• A small part of the job does involve traditional Landscaping and garden makeovers, including weeding or digging out garden beds and refurbishing them with new soils and dressings. Planting new shrubs and trees.
• Must have a class 5
• Applicant should have some experience driving a standard sized half tonne truck with trailer.
• No industrial forestry work.
• No climbing involved.
• Work is done off ladders and scaffold when necessary.
• Must be able to work unsupervised.
• Must have attention to detail.

The successful applicant must care about the final cosmetic appearance of each job.

Applicant should be able to delegate duties to a helper.

Position Profile

Eyewear Consultants deliver premium eyewear solutions to every patient in an engaging manner that completes the exam experience.  With an understanding of the gallery’s sales function you enthusiastically represent the inventory selection, you are knowledgeable about styling, fit and lens technology, are comfortable with selling and upselling, and happy to engage outwardly with every patient.

Reports to: Team Lead and Optical Director

Job Responsibilities

• Accurately enter lab orders and patient information.
• Are curious to learn more and ask questions.
• Collaborate with patients on frame selection, styling, and fitting.
• Comfortably assist as a cross-trained professional in different areas of the practice when needed.
• Dispense, adjust and repair patient eyewear.
• Embrace assigned administrative duties outside of patient care and perform them in a timely manner and with accuracy.
• Facilitate lens selection and measurements.
• Find opportunities within a challenge, collaborating with the team to consistently improve patient flow and outcomes.
• Foster good will and constructive working relationships with co-workers, leadership team, suppliers and the general public.
• Fully participate in a team sales environment.
• Fully participate in personal and team development initiatives, including staff meetings, continuing education and staff retreats.
• Interact with every patient in a friendly and welcoming manner, leveraging every patient engagement as a way to build the relationship.

• Review prescriptions, exam information as required, and any recommendations made by the doctor with the patient (including eye drops, hygiene, etc...)
