We are looking for an organized rockstar Administrator to join our award-wining Vancouver Island based Real Estate brokerage. Our brokerage has a track record of hiring talented people based on their character, personality, and attitude more so than their work experience. 

As Administrative Transaction Coordinator you will be working closely with our Realtors and Clients to handle all aspects of the sales process including consulting with clients, organizing inspections, setting up appointments, answering the phones, data entry, and submitting all documentation to the broker to ensure file compliance. 

The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, and be a great critical thinker, organized, and focused on building strong client relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing office services by creating & implementing administrative systems.
  • Communicating directly with clients and customers in person and by phone.
  • Coordinating directly with team Realtors, and cooperating Realtors, in a time sensitive environment.
  • Managing Client Management Database and other computer systems.   
  • Preparing legal contracts
  • Ensuring file compliances to rules
  • Creating and implementing systems and procedures
Qualifications

  • Energy, vision and drive to work unsupervised
  • Time management skills to prioritize multiple projects at any given time

Qualifications:

  • Strong computer experience required
  • A valid Driver's License and vehicle required
  • Customer services experience an asset
  • Administrative experience an asset
