About the Role

Reporting to the Gallery Manager, the Gallery Sales Associate is accountable for delivering service excellence, which will drive results and enhance customer experience. The Sales Associate will excel at building authentic connections with customers and demonstrating working knowledge of Jeremy’s photography.

• Garbage and recycling removal and sorting
• Collecting used linens and delivering fresh linens to the cleaners
• Light maintenance and small repairs
• Exterior property care (windows, decks, BBQs)

Crystal Cove Beach Resort is seeking two friendly and reliable Guest Services Representatives to join our team on the beautiful west coast of Vancouver Island.

This role is ideal for a couple who love the RV lifestyle and own an RV suitable for year-round living. It can also be a great fit for two friends or a couple willing to share a room in shared staff accommodation.
If you’re applying as a single applicant, you’ll need either your own RV or be comfortable sharing a room in staff housing.

The Job: Guest Services Representative

As a Guest Services Representative, you’ll be at the heart of the Crystal Cove experience—welcoming guests, helping them feel at home, and ensuring their stay is memorable from check-in to check-out.

What you’ll be doing:

• Delivering warm, professional, and thoughtful customer service
• Taking reservations (phone and in-person) and entering them into our reservation system
• Checking guests in and out
• Processing payments
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming front office
• Light cleaning duties, including office washrooms, windows, vacuuming, and restocking supplies
• Lifting up to 25 lbs. when needed

Maintenance & Operational Assistance

• Respond to minor maintenance issues (e.g., replacing light bulbs, unclogging sinks, resetting breakers)
• Report major faults to management or on-call maintenance
• Ensure heating, lighting, and common areas are functioning properly

Duties: Ensuring resort is presentable and running in optimal condition, landscaping, attending to onsite gardens and pathways, mowing lawns, weeding, weed whacking, dethatching lawns, hedge trimming, plant watering, tool and machinery maintenance and assisting in maintenance department needs.

In partnership together with local businesses, the Area Coordinators share information about their services, to showcase to the new residents the benefits of shopping local in the community, and what the community has to experience.

We are looking for individuals or an established cleaning company to service our portfolio of vacation rental properties. Our guests expect spotless spaces, thoughtful presentation, and consistent quality, and we are seeking professionals who take pride in delivering that standard every time.

Starting wage is $25 per hour. Compensation for an independent cleaning company can be discussed based on experience and scope of services.

Responsibilities include full turnover cleans between guest stays, restocking essentials, reporting maintenance concerns, and ensuring each property is guest ready on schedule. Weekend availability is required, and flexibility during peak seasons is essential.
