Qualifications

Requirements included, but not limited to:
- General reception duties: answering the telephone and emails, booking appointments,

- Acting as the central communication liaison between practitioners and staff.
- Document handling/filing, insurance billing, and administrational support.
- Basic accounting: daily financial transactions, day/month end accounting.
- Product ordering and inventory tracking.
- Light marketing duties, including social media posting.
- Intermediate computer skills, working knowledge of Excel spreadsheets, comfortable
with Mac operating systems. Experience with Jane App Clinic Management system is an
asset but not required.
- Coordination and promotion of community wellness events including workshops and
health talks.
- Setting up treatment rooms daily, stocking supplies as needed, and maintaining a clean
and welcoming environment for staff and patients.

Position: The District of Tofino is seeking a qualified individual to fill the full-time regular position of General Foreman in the Public Works Department.

Hours of Work & Salary:
