The Whale Centre is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team in a year-round position. This role is key to ensuring smooth daily operations, excellent guest communication, and efficient tour coordination for our whale watching and wildlife experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks
• Handle guest communications via phone, email, and in-person
• Coordinate and support tour bookings and scheduling
• Maintain accurate records and reservation systems
• Work closely with guides and management to ensure seamless operations
• Provide excellent customer service and support guest inquiries
• Assist with general office organization and team coordination

Compensation:

• $24.00 – $29.00 per hour, depending on experience

As a Bakery Clerk with the Tofino Co-op, you are responsible for preparing, decorating, pricing, packaging and merchandising bakery products. At the Co-op, it is our priority to provide only the freshest and highest quality products.

Duties and Responsibilities:
