POSITION PURPOSE SUMMARY:
To provide a safe and welcoming space for housing insecure people and others in our community

BASIC FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Scheduling and supervising staff and volunteers to ensure that the building is clean and secure and the patrons feel welcome.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
Experience supervising staff or volunteers in important. Any education, training or experience working with people who are housing insecure, struggling with addiction and mental health issues would be a benefit.

PREFERRED SKILLS/CAPABILITIES:
The successful applicant needs to be able to work with people in such a way that they both feel empowered and are willing and able to do their jobs to the best of their abilities. They need to be able to receive and give direction. They need to understand the importance of a clean and safe environment.
