Schedule: Full Time. Shift is based on 10-hour days (with a signed Averaging Agreement), Sunday to Wednesday with occasional overtime hours.
Creative Salmon is Canada’s first producer of certified organic farm-raised salmon, growing Pacific Chinook salmon at 4 sites in the waters of Clayoquot Sound near Tofino.
We require a Deckhand for our harvest vessel (may be asked to take shifts on the service & supply vessel, on occasion).
Because farming is a team effort, reliability and dependable attendance is key.
Starting wage is $20.05 per hour going to $20.55 after 6 months. Company paid benefits package after the mandatory wait period (3 consecutive months).
Previous experience in an aquaculture or marine setting is an asset, but on-the-job training is provided.
