  • Assist with company’s marketing plan
  • Social media marketing and website optimization
  • Provide administrative support
  • Schedule customer estimates and jobs ensuring all parties are well informed and available
  • Answering incoming call and emails
  • Addressing customer needs directly and/or referring call to appropriate manager
  • Entering daily job costing
  • Assist office manager with A/R calls and email
Qualifications 
  • Experience in marketing/administrative field
  • Construction highly preferred
  • Experience with business social media marketing
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Strong work ethic, organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Computer literacy
  • Ability to understand and use Microsoft Excel, Word and Social Media platforms
  • Valid driver’s license is a must
