We are a Construction Management firm with two years of work ahead of us in Ucluelet.

We are looking for:

Position One -  A total of three hard working individuals that can work efficiently and with minimal supervision as they carry out a variety of general construction labour tasks. Thes are full time positions that will offer steady  employment for the foreseeable future.

Position Two  - Someone who others would call a handy-man. This person will have used multiple construction tools and has worked in construction, preferably carpentry, but is not required to have a specific trade designation.

Base Salary: $26.00-$40.00 per hour depending on the position. Normal benefit package in addition.

Qualifications 

Position One :  Three positions to be filled

  • Available for a full time position working exclusively in one Ucluelet location. Little if any work will be outdoors
  • Some jobsite experience is preferred however more important than experience is a good attitude towards physical labour, training can be provided
  • Ability to work as support for a multi-discipline team of subtrades
  • There will be regular shift with occasional requirements for extra hours
  • No requirement for tools or equipment
  • An applicant has their own housing
  • Able to work in a setting where interface with the general public will on occasion be required

 

Position Two:  One position to be filled

  • Available for a full time position working exclusively in one Ucluelet locationt. Little if any work will be outdoors.
  • Previous renovation or new construction  experience is required with the preferred candidate able to provide carpentry support for other trades
  • Have their own hand tools and PPE
  • Ability to work as a key part of a multi-discipline team of subtrades
  •  Ability to work a regular shift with occasional requirements for extra hours
  • An applicant has their own housing
  • Able to work in a setting where interface with the general public will on occasion be required
