Job Description:

As a dishwasher, you are responsible for washing kitchen and front of house dishes. You may be required to do some janitorial tasks and at times some food preparation tasks. Must be available weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities:

  • Performing routine kitchen tasks
  • Dishwashing
  • Labelling and stocking ingredients
  • Ensure that all food and other items are stored properly
  • Maintaining temperature logs for fridges, freezers, and holding equipment
  • Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen by washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and taking out trash.
  • Performing all other assigned kitchen duties

Qualifications 
  • Must have Food Safe Certification or willingness to obtain
  • Prior knowledge of health and safety rules in a fast-paced kitchen environment is an asset
  • You are highly organised and thrive in a face paced environment
  • You have excellent communication skills and like to work in a team environment
  • Attention to detail and ability to perform under pressure
  • Responsible, accountable, and honest
