We are searching for the following Back of House position:

Line Cook Chef de Partie - flexible full or part time positions available for the summer season, permanent full time for the right candidate.

We are looking for the following qualities in our ideal candidates:

  • A passion for delivering an exceptional dining experience to our guests.
  • Self motivated to develop your skills and industry knowledge.
  • Highly organized, efficient, and superior attention to detail.
  • A cheerful disposition, strong work ethic, and great communication skills.
  • Minimum 2 years in a similar position.

Responsibilities of the position:

  • A strong understanding and confidence following prep recipes and short order cooking for lunch or dinner.
  • Working with the Head Chef to create daily specials using seasonal products.
  • Maintain a clean and organized station.
  • Ordering and inventory.
