We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Manager to join our team and help us maintain our high standards.

Position Overview:

As a Manager at Tofino Vacation Rentals, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our properties. This includes overseeing the cleaning staff, conducting quality checks, leading the team, organizing daily tasks, and addressing any concerns from staff and guests. The ideal candidate will have experience in cleaning, a background in management, and a strong work ethic. Leadership and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Cleaning Staff: Supervise and support cleaning staff to ensure properties are maintained to the highest standards.
• Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of properties to ensure cleanliness and readiness for guests.
• Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Daily Organization: Plan and organize daily tasks and schedules for the team.
• Staff & Guest Concerns: Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by staff or guests promptly and professionally.
• Problem Solving: Identify and resolve operational issues efficiently and effectively.
• Communication: Maintain open and clear communication with all team members and guests.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Previous experience in cleaning and some managerial background.
• Skills: Strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and exceptional communication skills.
• Work Ethic: A strong work ethic and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must have drivers license and a car
