Duties include but not limited to:
Service/Sales customer follow-up
Assisting the Service/Sales Managers
Reception Relief
Researching audience preferences and stay on top of current trends
Craft engaging text, images, and videos that keep followers curious and excited
Chat it up with our customers, answer their questions, solve their mysteries, and make them feel heard
Suggest fresh ways to attract prospective customers ---- think promotions, competitions, etc.
Must have proven customer service/Social media experience
Expertise in multiple Social Media platforms
Excellent communication skills
Familiarity with online marketing strategies
