Kitchen Manager (Full-Time, Salary Position)

Twin City Brewing is looking for an experienced and motivated Kitchen Manager to lead our culinary team. As the Kitchen Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of kitchen operations, from managing staff and scheduling to menu development and food costing. This salaried position offers 40 hours per week, a starting salary of $47,000 annually, plus benefits and a generous weekly tip-out.

Responsibilities of this position include:  

• Overseeing the kitchen team and each kitchen role, including scheduling, training, and managing staff.

• Leading menu development, including introducing seasonal or featured items.

• Managing food costs, ordering ingredients, and maintaining inventory.

• Ensuring food safety and quality standards are met.

• Collaborating with other leadership roles to align kitchen goals with business objectives.

 

Qualifications 

Ideal candidates will meet the following requirements:  

• Previous kitchen management experience required.

• Strong understanding of food costing and menu planning.

• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

• Valid FoodSafe certification.

• Ability to manage and operate a fast-paced kitchen while maintaining high standards
