We are seeking a Repair Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical and mechanical knowledge, reading schematics, appliance repair, and providing excellent customer service.
Duties*
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair various appliances, electrical and mechanical issues
- Interpret and utilize schematics to guide repair processes
- Repair and assemble appliances as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service during all interactions
- Previous experience in electrical and mechanical repairs
- Experience in appliance repair is a plus
- Strong customer service skills
