We’re currently looking for a talented and motivated individual to join our team as an Advertising Sales & Client Management Specialist. This hybrid role is designed for someone passionate about sales and customer relationship management, with the opportunity to tap into their creative talents in graphic design and social media management.

Position Overview:
The primary focus of this role is to drive sales through our print publications, digital products, and other marketing offerings. While the job will involve some social media client management and graphic design tasks, the majority of your time will be spent on generating and managing advertising sales. This is a dynamic, results-driven position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited to make a real impact on our growing business.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Advertising Sales:

  • Identify, target, and secure new clients for advertising opportunities in our print publications and digital products.
  • Manage existing client relationships and work to upsell and retain advertising business.
  • Create customized proposals and packages that align with client needs and budgets.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, consistently delivering on revenue goals.
  • Track sales performance and report regularly to senior leadership.

Client Management (Social Media & Account Support):

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with social media clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Provide ongoing support for clients, handling queries, requests, and feedback promptly.
  • Manage social media campaigns, collaborating with the marketing team to ensure content aligns with client objectives.

Graphic Design (Occasional):

  • Assist in the creation of visually engaging advertisements, layouts, and promotional materials for print and digital platforms.
  • Work closely with the creative team to ensure all design work aligns with brand guidelines and client needs.

Wage & Compensation:

  • Hourly Wage: $20 per hour to start
  • Commission Bonus Structure: Additional earnings based on sales performance, with commission percentages tied to monthly or quarterly targets. The more successful you are in driving ad sales, the more you can earn!

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in advertising sales, preferably in print or digital media.
  • Strong client relationship-building and account management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Basic graphic design experience and proficiency with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) preferred.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and their role in client marketing strategies.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
