Assistant Kitchen Manager (Full-Time, Salary Position)

Twin City Brewing is seeking a dedicated and skilled Assistant Kitchen Manager to support our kitchen leadership team. This role involves assisting both the Kitchen Manager with supervising the team and ongoing kitchen operations, as well as supporting the Prep Supervisor with daytime prep tasks. The Assistant Kitchen Manager plays a vital role in maintaining a high standard of food quality, efficiency, and team collaboration.

This full-time salaried position offers 38 hours per week, a starting salary of $43K annually, plus benefits and a generous weekly tip-out.

Responsibilities of this position include:

• - Assisting the Kitchen Manager with staff supervision, including training, scheduling, and performance oversight.
• - Supervising the line during service to ensure smooth, efficient operations and consistent food quality.
  - Supporting the Prep Supervisor with daytime prep operations, including ingredient preparation and inventory management.
• - Ensuring compliance with food safety standards and proper kitchen hygiene.
• - Acting as a key communicator between kitchen staff and management, ensuring team alignment with business objectives.
• - Helping execute menu changes, seasonal features, and new initiatives as directed by the Kitchen Manager.

Ideal candidates will meet the following requirements:
- Previous experience in a kitchen supervisory or lead role.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid FoodSafe certification.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a focus on team building.
- Passion for quality food and creating joyful guest experiences.
