Guest Service Agent
Answering the phone + taking reservations, checking guests in + out, assisting guests with local knowledge + other inquiries, handling money + small retail space, cleaning the office, managing communication between the office + housekeeping + maintenance departments, etc.

Accounting and Administrative Assistant
Prepare employee tips monthly; count vending & laundry coins monthly or bi-monthly as required. Count, reconcile, and post petty cash monthly. Maintain vendor accounts. Accounts Payable: audit and post invoices ensuring that expenses are coded to appropriate account. Evernote file maintenance. Audit WebRezPro daily reports and post to bookkeeping software. Prepare and submit deposits. Prepare postage for lost & found packages. Assist Department Managers with in planning staff lunches/events, department events, team building functions, training days, and Resort parties.
Ensure that special events (birthdays, anniversaries, etc. are recognized. Organizing and planning staff gifts. Organizing and planning Resort participation in community events (i.e. Surfrider beach clean ups, earth Day, etc.) Promoting employee culture on Resort social media channels.
-Perform other job-related duties and special projects assigned.
-Comply with all Resort safety guidelines and be familiar with emergency procedures.

Pacific Sands Beach Resort is looking for someone who has customer service experience, is hardworking, organized, reliable & on time, self-motivated, has a positive attitude + multi-tasking skills, takes initiative, and works well in a team environment.

Accounting and Administrative Assistant
Past bookkeeping or financial experience and asset, solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounts payable principles or the willingness to take a course. High degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Proficiency with computers (Microsoft word, Excel and Internet), especially bookkeeping software, strong typing skills. Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, time management, and problem-solving skills. Experience with WebRexPro an asset.
