Job Description:

Core Job Responsibilities & Duties

  • Responsible for preparing some of and executing all breakfast menu items.
  • Daily prep lists.
  • Cleaning and set up/ take down of section.
  • Must be proficient with egg cookery, hollandaise, basic baking skills.
  • Speed and consistency are the two most important attributes for this position.
  • Guests that come for breakfast usually have plans for the rest of their day and appreciate a timely meal. Many will want to leave to go fishing as soon as they finish eating.
  • After service clean down, change inserts and prep in the back for the next day. It is the breakfast cooks responsibility to prep almost all their own items. 
  • 6:00AM starts

Qualifications 
  • Must have basic knowledge of cooking and food handling procedures.
  • Must have an understanding and knowledge of safety and sanitation
  • Previous cooking experience.
  • Have the ability to take direction and work in a team environment.
  • Have the ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
