BARISTA/RETAIL SALES ASSOCIATE 2019
Ocean Outfitters is a carbon neutral adventure tour company committed to restorative tourism through ecological stewardship, carbon action, and community responsibility.
We are looking for a professional, spirited, barista with previous experience to look after our small coffee bar.
Duties include coffee making, special drink creation, machinery cleaning and care, ordering supplies, and helping assist in the shop retail sales. We have a small in house bookstore, and sell Arcteryx, Pendleton and other great brands.
Successful applicant would likely have barista experience, a genuine affinity for nature and the outdoors, able to provide 5-star customer service, an outgoing personality, and genuine curiosity to learn new things and engage with customers. Multiple languages are an asset.
Details:
Immediate – Oct 15 2019
5 days a week (40hrs) including weekends
Pay $13.50/hr + tips and eligibility for a season end bonus
Note: Ocean Outfitters has shared and limited staff accommodations.
