The housekeeping manager is responsible for planning, organizing, training, and developing the overall operation of the housekeeping department while assuring the highest degree of quality control and guest care is maintained at all times. We are looking for an individual with a professional demeanor and attention to detail.

Qualifications 

The successful candidate must possess a positive and charismatic attitude, excellent leadership qualities, organization and time management skills, strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills, excellent communication and team work skills, and have the ability to multi task and work in a fast-paced environment.

2 year minimum commitment required. Previous housekeeping experience required, previous supervisory experience an asset.

Current housekeeping manager will be available for training over the next couple of months to assist someone to grow into the role.
