Customer Service Supervisor

Busy office located in Tofino Harbour seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team. The ideal person is excited to come to work and help us show off the beautiful views this town is blessed with. You work well in a fast-paced environment with a great group of coworkers ensuring that every guest we serve leaves Tofino Air with the best possible experience. This job requires weekend availability but offers flexible scheduling and a super fun environment in a gorgeous waterfront office. Duties:

• Customer Service including reception, greeting guests, telephones and email responses. Tour sales and charter flight coordinating
• Answering the telephone
• Data entry/Computer Reservations
• Processing payment/cashing out
• Cleaning and caretaking of the office
• Flexible availability, including weekends
• Travel and Tourism industry experience
