Labourer

On both commercial and residential size projects:

• Assist carpenters in the field
• Ensure job site is clean and free of debris each day
• Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE
• Measure and cut materials to specified dimensions
• Operate variety of power and hand tools
• Follow safety policies and protocols
• Follow Foreman directions and carry out assigned tasks

Opportunity to advance into apprenticeship.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Construction experience is an asset
• Physically fit; able to lift minimum of 50lbs
• Physical stamina to perform manual labour and working in various weather conditions
• Team player – work well with others
• Hold valid driving license
• Reliable and punctual
• Willing to work 5 days a week, with opportunities for overtime
