  • Experience in Metal, Shingle and Torch On
  • Must be able to manage and organize crew, lay out jobs and timelines
  • Supervise Crew to ensure productivity of roofing systems including build up roofing systems, asphalt shingles and metal
  • Ensure and enforce compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Manage the direction and timely completion of jobs while adhering to budget and material requirements
  • Conduct safety meetings, assessments and inspections
  • Ensure Job site is properly maintained   
Qualifications 
  • 4 plus years Roofing Experience
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints       
  • Work and communicate well with others
  • Instruct new employees and apprentices
  • Ability to work at heights
  • Follow company Health and Safety Policies
  • Must be able to work 40 hours a week minimum and hold a valid class 5 Drivers Licence
