Assistant Kitchen Manager

Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and  multitask/knowledge of all aspects of the kitchen. We are in a service industry as well as a customer focused environment, applicants with flexible availability including working any day of the year is a requirement for this position.

You will be required to:

• Order, receive product & maintain proper rotation
• Count inventory
• Be able to manage and direct staff
• Also must have the ability to arrange or cover shifts when the situation arises
• Must have valid foodsafe with the expiry clearly shown
• Maintain food safe health and safety protocols at all times

In addition to the tip outs that can range anywhere from 5 - 7$ an hour, Benefits are offered for this position as well.
