Wage
$22.00 – $30.00 per hour
Pay is based on experience, reliability, and ability to work independently.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Professional lawn care and property maintenance
- Hedge trimming and pruning
- Residential and commercial landscape work
- Operating commercial landscaping equipment
- Loading/unloading tools and materials
- Working as part of a reliable, efficient crew
What We’re Looking For
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license
- Own reliable transportation to and from work
- Able to lift 50 lbs consistently
- Comfortable driving a truck and trailer combination
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Works well with others and willing to learn
- Takes pride in doing clean, professional work
Strong Assets (Higher Pay Potential)
- Previous landscaping or lawn care experience
- Experience operating equipment
- Mechanically inclined
- Able to work independently once trained
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
