Farm Hand

We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Farm hand. The position is seasonal to start – April thru November, with the potential to continue on through the winter.
This hands-on role includes supervising field operations, helping maintain crop quality, and supporting the team’s day-to-day workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Planting, watering, weeding, and general vegetable crop maintenance in the field.
• Help with seeding, harvesting and packaging operations with a focus on accuracy and quality.
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate tasks, share resources, plan, and solve problems effectively.

Skills and Qualifications: 

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Must be willing to learn to operate a walk-behind tractor and use a wheelbarrow efficiently.
• Experience in greenhouse or vegetable farming is an asset.
• Strong teamwork, leadership, and communication skills.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions including rain.
