About the Role

Stay Tofino is seeking a Guest Services and Administrative Coordinator to join our team. You’ll help keep our vacation rentals running smoothly and ensure every guest has a seamless, memorable stay. From coordinating reservations and supporting property management to assisting guests and owners, you’ll play a key role in creating exceptional experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guest Experience: Respond to inquiries, confirm bookings, and provide timely, professional support to ensure every guest has a positive stay.
  • Property Operations: Oversee cleaning schedules, coordinate maintenance and repairs to keep properties in excellent condition.
  • Booking Management: Manage reservations across platforms accurately and efficiently.
  • Issue Resolution: Address guest or property concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Communication: Maintain clear, consistent communication with guests, service providers, and property owners.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Customer service experience (hospitality or property management preferred)
  • Familiarity with booking platforms (e.g., Airbnb) and property management software is an asset
  • Positive, proactive, and able to multitask effectively
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle

Work Schedule
