A private homeowner is seeking one or more reliable individuals to assist with general maintenance and projects around the house. This is a flexible, hands-on role with a variety of tasks.
Responsibilities may include:
Repair and maintenance of soffits and gutters
Basic electrical work (preferred but not required)
Plumbing tasks, including moving or changing pipes
Landscaping and outdoor maintenance
Various other household projects as needed
Qualifications:
Experience in one or more of the above areas is highly desirable (electrical, plumbing, landscaping)
Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently
Ability to handle physical labor and outdoor tasks
