The Administrative Coordinator provides senior administrative and secretarial services to the Yuułuʔiłʔatḥ Executive and the Director of Operations, coordinating and managing Yuułuʔiłʔatḥ administrative functions, to include human resource management affairs, junior support staff, and the development and administration of office procedures and policy.  For a copy of the complete position description, please contact Rhonda Knockwood, Director of Operations (contact information below). 

Qualifications 
  • Post-Secondary Degree in a Related Discipline (i.e. Business Administration, Political Science, First Nations Studies)
  • Prefer Post-Secondary Diploma or Formal training in Human Resource Management
  • Grade 12 with related Post-Secondary Courses (Desktop Publishing, Word Processing, Secretarial, Office Administration, Communications, and Budgeting)
    • Six to eight (6-8) years First Nations Administration Secretarial and Administrative experience/with Two to Three (2-3) years senior secretarial experience working for executive management and elected representatives
  • Experience in the development, coordination and administration of human resource management policies and programs
  • Experience in writing reports and briefing notes
