We are looking for a passionate and motivated instructor to spread their love of the ocean and join our team! Our core values are to empower all people to try surfing, and provide high-quality surf instruction in a fun and inclusive environment. Duties include teaching beginner surf lessons, maintaining safety in and out of the water, transporting gear, driving to and from beach location.
Must be 18+ to apply, current drivers license, minimum 2 years surf experience, Basic First Aid + CPR C as well as life saving course (available in Tofino) Staff accommodation available for FULLTIME staff.
