Prep Cook & Kitchen Helper

We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Prep Cook & Kitchen Helper to join our kitchen team. This is a Thursday to Monday position, with daytime shifts beginning early in the day. The successful candidate will prepare food consistently, efficiently, and with attention to detail. They will also support the kitchen team with dishes and other required tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare food according to established recipes and standards
• Ensure quality, presentation, and timely preparation
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient service
• Assist with dishes and all back-of-house duties as needed

Requirements:

• Previous kitchen experience required
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Available for early morning shifts
