Retail Team Associate

Position Overview:

The retail associate is responsible for carrying out the full range of duties in a professional, responsible, accurate, and timely manner. The team member is expected to deliver exceptional customer service, be knowledgeable about our products, and actively contribute to a positive team environment. 

Job tasks include, but are not limited to:

• Provide great customer service in a seafood store, including: 
• welcoming customers, 
• assessing their needs and providing recommendations, 
• answering questions in person, via phone, text messages, and email
• Promote products and services;
• Operate the cash register and process sales transactions;
• Handle and prepare seafood products;
• Help with sportfish processing intake and pick up;
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment;
• Adhere to all Food Safety Protocols, Standard Operating Procedures, Health and Safety, and other programs and initiatives.
