Part time Prep Cooks

We are looking for:

• Basic culinary knowledge and familiarity with food handling practices
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Someone who shows initiative and is a team-player 
• Basic knife skills and comfortable with processing different meats, proteins and sauces
• Attention to detail and a clean-as-you-go mindset
• Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures
• Lift and carry up to 40 lbs as need
• Tips range from $8-$18 an hour and split evenly between staff
