ANTIDOTE IS GROWING

Our little kitchen team is growing, and we’re looking for two people who feel like the right fit for what we’re building at Antidote Distilling Co.
We’re a working craft distillery with a small, evolving food program built around quality ingredients, local producers, seasonal and foraged products, creativity, and a connection to what’s happening in the distillery.
We care deeply about the food we put out — but equally about creating a positive, healthy kitchen environment where people communicate, support one another, keep learning and have room to grow.

EXPERIENCED COOK / CHEF

We’re looking for an experienced cook to work closely alongside our Head Chef and Sous Chef and become an important part of our kitchen team.

You should be comfortable in a professional kitchen, confident running a station, organized through busy services and able to communicate well with the people around you.
But this role goes beyond simply working the line.

You’ll have opportunities to be involved in training and mentoring, menu development and testing, seasonal features, special events, local and foraged ingredients, and exploring the relationship between our kitchen and distilling program.
We’re looking for someone who brings experience to the table while still being curious, creative and interested in continuing to learn.

As our food program grows, there is room for the right person to develop their leadership skills, take on greater responsibility and help shape what comes next.

APPRENTICE / DEVELOPING COOK

We’re also looking for someone earlier in their culinary career who genuinely wants to learn.

You’ll work alongside our cooks, Sous Chef and Head Chef, developing your skills in prep, service, technique, organization and working with great ingredients.

You don’t need to know everything yet.

What matters to us is reliability, curiosity, a strong work ethic, a positive attitude and a genuine interest in becoming a better cook.

You’ll also have opportunities to learn beyond day-to-day service through menu development, seasonal and local ingredients, special events and the connection between our kitchen and distilling program.

We want to invest in someone who wants to grow with us.

WHAT IT’S LIKE TO WORK HERE

We’re a small team, and we like it that way.

Everyone contributes. Everyone communicates. Everyone has an opportunity to bring ideas forward.

We’re committed to building a kitchen culture based on respect, accountability, creativity and teamwork — an environment where people can take their work seriously without taking themselves too seriously.

Our food program is continuing to evolve, and there are some exciting things ahead.

We’re looking for people who want to be part of building it.

Sound like your kind of kitchen? We’d love to meet you.
