Overview

  • Crew Leaders lead and supervise an assistant and a team of up to 18 enumerators. They are responsible for all activities related to the collection of completed census questionnaires in their assigned area.
  • Must be available for full-time work (40 hours per week), including days, evenings, and weekends.
  • Supervise, train, and motivate a team of enumerators conducting in-person, door-to-door visits. Crew Leaders also monitor progress and productivity of their team and may conduct in-person follow up when required.
  • Receive hourly compensation and are eligible to claim authorized expenses, such as mileage and parking.
  • Employment period runs from March 2026 to August 2026, depending on the position and location.

You will be asked for the contact information for two people (references) who have supervised, or know your work.

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience

Tasks

  • Assist in collection and tracking of data from monitored use of services
  • Prepare technical documents and monitoring reports on volumetrics and other trend analyses
  • Supervise statistical and research support workers
  • Train staff
