About the Role:
Ozzard Environmental is hiring a Depot Worker for our Tofino Recycling Depot. This is a seasonal summer position with the possibility of transitioning into a full-time role within our company. We're looking for someone who is reliable, hardworking, and committed to keeping our community clean and green.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sort and bale recyclable materials
  • Load and unload recycling onto trucks
  • Assist residents and commercial customers dropping off recycling
  • Maintain a clean and organized depot space
  • Follow all safety procedures and recycling guidelines

Qualifications 

Requirements:

  • A valid driver’s licence is required
  • Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy materials
  • Dependable and able to work both independently and in a team environment
  • Friendly and professional when interacting with the public
  • Previous experience in recycling, warehouse, or labor work is an asset, but not required
